Terms of Service

1. What Royall is

Royall operates a marketplace where creators license their voice, face, and body samples to AI labs for training. By signing up you agree that your participation is governed by these Terms and the separate Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You must be the rights-holder of every sample you upload — no impersonation of others, no scraped or third-party content. We may verify your identity and reject or remove accounts that don't meet these requirements.

3. Master consent

Before any asset can be listed, you'll sign a separate biometric-data master consent agreement. The Master Consent governs how your samples may be used; these Terms govern how Royall as a platform operates.

4. Watermarking and Radar

Every sample is watermarked at upload to support provenance and leak attribution. Radar continuously scans the web for unconsented use of your likeness; we surface matches to you so you can file takedowns through Royall's in-product workflow.

5. DMCA & Copyright

Royall Labs, Inc. is a registered service provider with the U.S. Copyright Office and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). See our DMCA Copyright Policy for the procedure to send takedown notices to Royall, the counter-notification procedure under § 512(g), and Royall's repeat- infringer policy under § 512(i). Royall's registered Designated Agent receives DMCA notices at dmca@royall.ai (Copyright Office registration number DMCA-1072820).

6. Payouts

License revenue flows through Stripe Connect. You're responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed in your jurisdiction.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Master Consent, applicable law, or our repeat-infringer policy under § 512(i) (see DMCA Copyright Policy).
