Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account: email, legal name, date of birth, country and state.
• Identity verification: government ID image and selfie. Stored encrypted, used only to verify you are the rights-holder of the samples you upload.
• Biometric samples: the voice, face, and body recordings you upload. These are watermarked and fingerprinted.
• Payout details: handled by Stripe Connect — we don't see your bank or card data.

2. How we use it

To run the marketplace: list samples, deliver them to licensed buyers, pay you, and detect unconsented use of your likeness on the open web. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

Buyer companies receive only the samples and metadata you've licensed to them. Your contact information stays private unless you choose to surface it for a takedown.

4. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account at any time. Email privacy@royall.ai.

5. Biometric law specifics

Depending on your jurisdiction, additional rights may apply (BIPA for Illinois residents, CCPA for California, GDPR for the EU, Tennessee ELVIS Act, NY §50-F, etc.). These are described in the separate Master Consent agreement you'll sign before your first asset upload.
